Oh dear, we are two thirds through October and I haven’t got around to my September round up! This month is whizzing by so last month feels like a verrrrrry long time ago!
Family: back to school at last! Matthew is now in Year 6, Anya has moved up to the juniors and Year 3 and Zach has started infants in Year R.
Work: a new role for me as a teaching assistant, temporaily to cover a maternity leave. It has been utterly exhausting but very rewarding. No exam invigilation yet but plenty of governor work.
Days out: we went to Hever Castle. I have a picture of me with my sister and parents stood at the exact same spot around 25 years ago.
Our final trip out before the start of school was to Run About in Farnborough
Reviews: Anya was kept busy with the Fiesta unicorn craft kit and Vet Squad toys.
Food: not much time for cooking although I have discovered JusRol gluten free and vegan puff pastry so am making pizza pasties and other treats for my packed lunch. I have also been batch cooking chlli to take in.
Books: a new record of 20 books?
