National Selfie Day!

I hate selfies.

Everyone else’s look glam. Mine look grim.
The angle is always wrong so my forehead or chin or something looks huge! (or maybe it is just my weird features…!)
 
Please leave a comment with any tips!
I am never going to be sultry. I will never have the pout thing.
Instead I will have weird expressions and kids appearing with me 🙂

Actually that last one wasn’t too bad… 🙂

    I’m with you. I hate selfies and never really take them unless it’s with my six-year-old who loves them especially on Snapchat 🙂 Sorry, I don’t have any tips to offer 🙁 To be fair though, if you’re posting on IG their filters always makes everyone look glam 😉

    I am so bad at selfies. There are barely any pictures of me because I hate taking them so much. I can never get the angles right either. Definitely something to be practiced. Your photos look so lovely though! 😀 x

    I am useless at taking selfies and everyone elses always look amazing. A lot of people use apps to edit photos, so what you see online may not be a realistic perception of reality.

    I’m not a fan of a selfie for selfie’s sake, but sometimes they can be a great way of capturing a moment or a place. Get a selfie stick, as weird as it may seem, just having a bit of distance from the camera makes a huge difference to the picture

    Are you kidding? You look great. A warm smile and glowing skin, you’re living the selfie dream! It’s taken me some time to get into selfies and actually posting photos of myself on my blog. I wrote a post about it called learning to love my selfie! I set myself a challenge to do more and to take more pics of me with my son generally (rather than being behind the lens) and I’m glad I did! They’re not all for social media but I love looking back on them x

    Is it bad that I laughed? Oh pleeeeeeeeeeeze do the pout. lol only joko. If it’s any consolation, I fricking hate them too. I get this bizarre frozen smile and my eyes go a bit cross-eyed. Human beings were not designed to take selfies. It’s the worst phenomenon of the last decade. #ABloggingGoodTime
