So my day, let’s start at the very beginning, that’s a very good place to start!
6am Anya and Zach decide to sit on the landing and read VERY LOUDLY. I hustle them downstairs athen return to bed for some frantic reading for a book I am reviewing on here tomorrow.
Breakfast and Zach’s Weetabix explosion and constant demand for biscuits keep me busy. Next I run around hunting down uniform. I briefly beg Anya to consider having a school dinner but to no avail so make her a packed lunch.
I call the kids up to get washed and dressed which they obviously ignore until they hear the panic in my voice.
Matthew leaves home first to walk to school with a friend after I have straightened his tie and nagged him about a coat.
Quick check in with blog and work emails then time for me to walk to school with the other two kids.
Busy day as a teaching assistant and no morning break for me 🙁 Raining on the school run YET AGAIN!
Home time and various work activities, more book reading, entertaining of kids and cooking before the battle of bathtime.
So here I am, settled down with a glass of wine, crisps and humous watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer. 7500 steps completed today, not a huge number but my brain has done about a million!
