My kids are becoming fussy eaters. All 3 of them. They used to willing to try anything, they used to finish their plates. In fact I had comments on how incredible they were about trying new foods. Now I struggle to get them to eat anything other than the same 6 or 7 meals. Actually they would all choose cereal for every meal if I let them! There is also a battle each night as each one dislikes something different or this week hates whatever they loved last week!
So this month I have decided to take a stand, revisit many of the dishes they have rejected in more recent months. Everyday I will make a different meal to expose them to a range of flavours and textures and hopefully get them to enjoy mealtimes again without a fish finger in sight!
Each week I will write a round up post to show you what I have made and include recipes of any particular favourites. I’m hoping for quiche, soups, curry, chilli, stews but if you have any recipes that you think I should try or would like me to feature then send me a message on my social media or leave a link in the comments!
