Happy Monday everyone and welcome to Global Blogging.

The heatwave in the UK is still bloomin’ going! We have finally resorted to getting the pool out. Will this ridiculous heat never end?! Plus the excitement of the football means everyone is hot and bothered… This is not the England we know!

I am very excited to have been invited to join as a host for 2018. This year we have the extra twist that we want to be more active on social media (see below to get your posts shared on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest).

My favourite post from last week was this one from Hooks and Dragons. I have had a brief look at StumbleUpon’s replacement platform which is called MIX but this post really helps to familiarise us with the site.

Shank You Very Much chose Life of an Ambitious Turtle‘s post for her fave post. It is a powerful post about the problems facing disabled parents whose children want to visit Disney theme parks.

One Messy Mama is still hosting via our blogs. She has chosen this post from Down Under Dad: I have 1 mocha every day but am thinking of getting a coffee machine. Any other coffee addicts out there?
